Sampatiki Suites was a project of passion, coming from our long history of hospitality. The location has a special place in our hearts as all founders have been coming to this are for years due to its natural beauty. After years of planning and brainstorming the vision finally came to realisation, and we couldn’t be happier to welcome our guests and show this gorgeous area.

Sampatiki Suites is more than just a hotel, it’s a home away from home where you can relax and enjoy the company of friends and family, offering luxurious yet homey accommodations.

We want our guests to feel at home and enjoy all that the area has to offer, from the stunning beaches to the delicious food and we’re always happy to share our insider knowledge of the area. 1995
Years of Cherished Visits 

Friends enchanted by the beauty of Sampatiki, Greece, made annual pilgrimages to the serene coastal town. Mesmerized by the azure sea and the charm of the area, their love for Sampatiki deepened over the years.

2005
Discovery of a Dream Plot

The friends stumbled upon the perfect plot of land, a hidden gem nestled against the backdrop of Sampatiki’s landscape. This discovery sparked a shared vision to create a haven that would allow others to savor the magic they had found.

2013
The Birth of an Idea

Fueled by passion, the friends decided to channel their love for Sampatiki into a project. They envisioned luxury accommodation that would capture the essence of the town, offering guests an immersive experience of the local culture

2017
Embarking on the Journey

The friends, now business partners, embarked on the ambitious journey to bring their dream to life. With meticulous planning, they began the process of designing Sampatiki Suites, carefully selecting architects and designers who shared their vision of blending luxury with the natural beauty surrounding them.

2018
Construction

Ground was broken, and construction commenced on Sampatiki Suites. Each detail, from the architecture to the interior design, was curated to reflect the unique character of Sampatiki. The goal was to create a space where guests could unwind in opulence while being immersed in the charm of the Greek coastal lifestyle.

2024
Grand Opening

After months of dedicated effort, Sampatiki Suites opened its doors to guests. The grand unveiling marked the realization of a dream that started with a love for a place and a desire to share that love with the world. The suites stand as a testament to the commitment of the friends to offer a luxurious retreat that encapsulates the spirit of Sampatiki.

Here you can find the answers to any question you may have regarding your stay.

At present, Sampatiki Suites does not feature a full-service restaurant; however, we offer breakfast as well as a selection of light lunch and dinner options. We also serve some cocktails and local beers, wines and soft drinks.

Meals can be ordered to your room upon request. Nearby restaurants also offer meal delivery. 

We offer 24-hour room service. Please call our reception phone for orders.

You can request a baby bed by emailing us, we provide these free of charge!

Yes, a free transfer service can be booked with us. Please get in touch with our reception to arrange this.

Yes, we provide all bedding and towels. A change can be requested any time at our reception. 

Our typical check in time is 16:00 and checkout time is 11:00. Earlier check-in or later check-out is available upon request and subject to availability. 

We have a 24 hours reception.

Yes, we offer breakfast from 07:00 to 10:30. Our breakfast buffet features a variety of local products. If you prefer an earlier breakfast, it can be arranged upon request. You can also enjoy your meal from the comfort of your suite’s sea-view terrace or as a takeaway box when you plan to head out for a day of climbing or exploring.

We offer dry cleaning, washing, and ironing services for customers’ clothes, along with room cleaning that includes towel and sheet changes, and additional towel changes upon request. Iron and ironing board can also be requested to your room. 

We provide luggage transfer and storage services, satellite TV in rooms, laptop or tablet facilities, free internet access throughout the hotel, a choice of pillows, and a wake-up service.

  2. Payment and Terms at Check-in/Check-out: 2.1 Payment is required in full at the time of check-in. 2.2 Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit cards, and other methods approved by the hotel. 2.3 Early check-in or late check-out may be subject to additional charges.

  3. Traveling with Minors: 3.1 Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. 3.2 The hotel reserves the right to request proof of age for minors.

  4. Accessibility or Special Needs: 4.1 Please inform the hotel in advance of any special needs or accessibility requirements. 4.2 The hotel strives to provide accessible accommodations, but availability may be limited.

  5. Parking: 5.1 Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. 5.2 The hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles parked on the premises.

  6. Hotel Events: 6.1 The hotel may host events that could impact guest services. 6.2 Guests will be notified of any major events that may affect their stay.

  7. Dispute Resolution/Issues: 7.1 Any issues or disputes should be reported to the front desk immediately for resolution. 7.2 If resolution cannot be reached, guests agree to pursue dispute resolution through arbitration.

  8. Use of Personal Information: 8.1 The hotel collects and processes personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws. 8.2 Personal information is used for booking, communication, and internal marketing purposes.

  9. Liability: 9.1 The hotel is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal property. 9.2 Guests are responsible for any damages caused to hotel property.

  10. Force Majeure: 10.1 The hotel is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.

  11. Third Party Rights: 11.1 Only registered guests are entitled to hotel services and amenities.

  12. Waiver: 12.1 Failure to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

  13. Severance: 13.1 If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
