About Sampatiki Suites & Spa
Sampatiki Suites began with a group of friends who kept coming back to this coast. In 2024 they opened a small hotel here, so that other people could fall for it too.

Our story
It started as a holiday habit and became a home. This is the short version of thirty years.
1995
Years of visits
A group of friends fell for the sea and the slow pace of Sampatiki, and came back every year.
2005
The plot
They found a piece of land against the hills and began to imagine a place of their own.
2013
An idea
The dream became a plan: a small hotel that would show guests the local culture, not hide them from it.
2017
The journey begins
Now business partners, they started to design, choosing architects who shared their care for the landscape.
2018
Building
Ground was broken. Every detail, from the stonework to the interiors, was chosen to belong to the place.
2024
Opening
Sampatiki Suites opened its doors: eleven sea-view suites, a pool, a spa and breakfast on the terrace.

Do you have a restaurant and bar?
We do not have a full-service restaurant, but we serve breakfast and a selection of light lunch and dinner options. We also serve cocktails, local beers, wines and soft drinks. Nearby restaurants also offer meal delivery.
Do you offer baby beds, and do they cost anything?
You can request a baby bed by emailing us. We provide these free of charge.
Do you offer a transfer service?
Yes. Please contact our reception to arrange it. Prices depend on the pickup location.
When are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is at 11:00. Earlier check-in or later check-out is available on request, subject to availability.

Dispute Resolution/Issues: 7.1 Any issues or disputes should be reported to the front desk immediately for resolution. 7.2 If resolution cannot be reached, guests agree to pursue dispute resolution through arbitration.
Use of Personal Information: 8.1 The hotel collects and processes personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws. 8.2 Personal information is used for booking, communication, and internal marketing purposes.
Liability: 9.1 The hotel is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal property. 9.2 Guests are responsible for any damages caused to hotel property.
Force Majeure: 10.1 The hotel is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
Third Party Rights: 11.1 Only registered guests are entitled to hotel services and amenities.
Waiver: 12.1 Failure to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Severance: 13.1 If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
By booking a stay at our hotel, guests agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The hotel reserves the right to amend these terms as necessary, with any changes being effective upon posting.
