Retreat Itinerary
Immerse yourself in a seamless retreat experience where every detail is thoughtfully curated. From expert guidance to nourishing meals, this retreat offers everything you need for a harmonious balance of adventure, relaxation, and personal growth.
- Day 1: Arrival & Opening Circle Meet fellow participants. Introduction to the retreat program and safety briefing.
- Day 2: Meditation, Yoga & Breathwork Focus on preparation for your kayaking adventure.
- Day 3: Sea Kayaking & Snorkeling A coastal journey on Myrton Pelagos with swimming and snorkeling. Gentle yoga practices to support the day’s activities.
- Day 5: Peaceful Cove & Sound Healing Yoga Short sea kayaking journey to a quiet cove. End the day with a rejuvenating Sound Healing Yoga session.
- Day 6: Reflection Workshop & Celebration Reflect on the week with a workshop on the 7 chakras. Closing dinner with Greek dancing.
