Terms and Conditions
1. Prices and Taxes
1.1 All room rates and charges are subject to applicable taxes and fees as required by local authorities.
1.2 The hotel reserves the right to adjust its prices based on seasonal demand, events, or other relevant factors. Any price confirmed at the time of booking will remain unchanged unless the reservation is subsequently modified.
2. Payment and Check-in/Check-out
2.1 Full payment is due no later than 14 days before the scheduled arrival date. The reservation is secured only once full payment has been received.
2.2 If a reservation is made fewer than 14 days before arrival, full payment is due at the time of booking.
2.3 Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit cards, and any other payment methods approved by the hotel.
2.4 Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Travelling with Minors
3.1 Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
3.2 The hotel reserves the right to request proof of age for minors.
4. Accessibility and Special Needs
4.1 Guests should inform the hotel in advance of any accessibility requirements or other special needs.
4.2 The hotel strives to provide accessible accommodation and services, but availability may be limited and cannot be guaranteed without prior confirmation.
5. Parking
5.1 Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise confirmed by the hotel.
5.2 To the extent permitted by applicable law, the hotel is not responsible for loss of or damage to vehicles or property left in vehicles while parked on the premises.
6. Hotel Events
6.1 The hotel may host events that could affect the availability of certain facilities, services, or amenities.
6.2 Where reasonably possible, guests will be notified of major events that may materially affect their stay.
7. Dispute Resolution and Reporting Issues
7.1 Any issue or dispute should be reported to the front desk as soon as possible so that the hotel has an opportunity to resolve it.
7.2 If the matter cannot be resolved directly, the parties agree to pursue resolution through arbitration, where permitted by applicable law.
8. Use of Personal Information
8.1 The hotel collects and processes personal information in accordance with applicable privacy and data-protection laws.
8.2 Personal information may be used to manage bookings, process payments, communicate with guests, provide hotel services, and conduct internal marketing where permitted by law.

9. Liability
9.1 To the extent permitted by applicable law, the hotel is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of guests’ personal property.
9.2 Guests are responsible for damage they or members of their party cause to hotel property. The hotel may charge the reasonable cost of repairing or replacing damaged property.
9.3 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
10. Force Majeure
10.1 The hotel is not liable for a delay or failure to perform its obligations when caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
11. Third-Party Rights
11.1 Only registered guests and other persons expressly included in a reservation are entitled to use the hotel’s services and amenities.
11.2 No person who is not a party to the booking has the right to enforce these terms, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
12. Waiver
12.1 The hotel’s failure or delay in enforcing any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of its right to enforce it later.
13. Severability
13.1 If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified or removed only to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
14. Cancellation and Modification Policy
14.1 A reservation may be cancelled without charge until the payment deadline, which is 14 days before the scheduled arrival date.
14.2 Full payment is due no later than 14 days before arrival to secure the reservation. If payment is not received by that deadline, the hotel may cancel the reservation.
14.3 If a reservation is cancelled fewer than 14 days before arrival, the full booking amount is non-refundable.
14.4 If a reservation is made fewer than 14 days before arrival, full payment is due immediately and is non-refundable.
14.5 In the event of a no-show, the full booking amount will be retained or charged and will not be refunded.
14.6 Changes to a reservation are subject to availability and may result in additional charges. A modification does not reset or extend the applicable payment or cancellation deadline unless the hotel confirms otherwise in writing.
15. Acceptance and Amendments
15.1 By making a reservation, guests confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
15.2 The hotel may amend these terms when necessary. Any amendment will take effect upon posting but will not materially alter the terms of an existing confirmed reservation unless required by law or agreed with the guest.
